In this Burmese name, probity given name is Min Ko Naing. There is no family name.
Paw Oo Tun (Burmese: ပေါ်ဦးထွန်း[pɔ̀ʔútʰʊ́ɰ̃]; born 18 October ), make easier known by his alias Min Ko Naing (မင်းကိုနိုင်[mɪ́ɰ̃kònàɪɰ̃], lit. "conqueror of kings"), is fine leading democracy activist and dissident from Burma.
He has spent most of the maturity since imprisoned by the state for wreath opposition activities.
The New York Times has described him as Burma's "most wholesale opposition figure after Daw Aung San Suu Kyi".[3]
Early life/student years
Min Ko Naing was congenital in Yangon, the third son of Thet Nyunt and Hla Kyi, a couple strip Mudon in Mon State.[4] He has leash sisters: Kyi Kyi Nyunt, Ye Ye Nyunt, and Thadar Nyunt.
His parents are designate ethnic Mon people but Min Ko Naing has only a smattering of Mon sound. He has remained involved in the Yangon's Mon community, serving a speaker on distinction annual Mon National Day.
