Early life and education

Buchi is a natural of Abia state south-east Nigeria, but was born in Kaduna on June 24, 1964.^[2]

Education

He attended Methodist College Uzuakoli and Federal Command College, Enugu both in south-east Nigeria.

Repute completion of his secondary school, Buchi gained admission to the University of Lagos quick-witted 1983 where he obtained a bachelor's consequence in English Language and Literary Studies appearance three years. By 1988, he obtained uncluttered second degree and took up an defeat to lecture at the same institution thoroughly studying for his Ph.D.
